Agile Certification Since Agile development has become more popular more and more employeers start looking for a good and qualified staff. Agile approach is that certificates should be taken under consideration only IF they are hard to achieve and provide certain information regarding range of knowledge of certified person. In case of Agile methodology Agile stands against any form of certification. Why not require certification? Skill-based certification shortens the hiring process but it's good to remember that there are many skilled practitioners who are not certified. Excluding them from consideration would be a bad business decision. Certification today Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and DSDM Foundation are knowledge-based and easy to achieve.
